Andrew McVicar

I’m a filmmaker and lecturer based in North Tyneside. My long- and short-form film work as producer, writer and director has premiered and been distributed across major film festivals, galleries, cinemas, and streamers worldwide. I’ve taught film production and screenwriting at various institutions in the UK including Northumbria University, Arvon Writer's Retreat, Sunderland University and Teesside University. In my role at AUB I teach on the MA Film Practice (Online) course, modules including Positioning Practice, Film Industries and Thesis Proposal.
