Janislav Solovjov

Janislav graduated from MA Digital Fashion Innovation at Arts University Bournemouth in 2022. His specialisation is in digital and manual pattern cutting. For his MA research project, he developed a capsule collection, which combined 19th century pattern cutting methods with modern technologies (CLO3D and Lectra). His undergraduate final major project was focused on digital pattern cutting and sustainability.

Janislav's undergraduate collection was selected to Top 28 of Graduate Fashion Week 2019 and was presented during London Fashion Week. His works were shortlisted for multiple awards (Stella McCartney x British Fashion Council competition, Givenchy x British Fashion Council, BFTA competition).
