Overview
Working in apparel for over 20 years specialising in pattern cutting and manufacture, I started working at Arts University Bournemouth as a technician within the fashion department. As a technician, I found a passion for educating and teaching students skills needed within the fashion industry. As a Level 5 year leader and Level 4 unit leader, I teach creative manual and digital pattern cutting and overseeing the students creative journey from design to final make.

My focus within fashion is garment technology, including quality control and creating patterns ready for production. Sustainability is also paramount within all areas of practice.
