Lee Harper is a Specialist Technician Demonstrator within the Photography Department at Arts University Bournemouth, an institution internationally recognised for its outstanding Photography alumni and creative excellence.
Lee holds an MSc in Virtual Environments from University College London, a BA (Hons) in Visual Arts: Drawing from Camberwell College of Arts, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education, reflecting a strong academic foundation alongside his technical expertise.
A master printer, Lee specialises in exhibition printing and the production of limited print editions, bringing exceptional technical precision and creative sensitivity to every project.
As a central member of the department’s technical team, he supports both undergraduate and postgraduate students, helping them translate creative ideas into professional-standard photographic work.
Lee’s collaboration with TheGallery and photographer Andy Earl on the See or Be Seen exhibition at TheGallery, AUB, exemplifies his specialism, dedication, skill, and commitment to his subject.
As Exhibition Image Producer, he rescanned negatives, retouched and resized all exhibition images, and printed 97% of the final prints for the exhibition, playing a pivotal role in the successful production and staging of our “Andy Earl: See or be Seen” exhibition on behalf of TheGallery and AUB.
