I am an interdisciplinary artist based in Glasgow, UK. I hold a First class degree in Photography from Edinburgh College of Art including exchange study at the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, USA. I have an MFA from Glasgow School of Art and recently completed my practice-based PhD World-making and Un-doing: Looking at minor cultural forms through moving image practice at Edinburgh College of Art.
My films and artworks have been shown nationally and internationally including The Filmmakers Coop, NYC; Forum Stadtpark, Graz; Malmö Konsthall, Sweden; Shanghai Minsheng Art Museum, China and The Showroom, London.

I am the Course Leader of the MA Film Practice (Online) course, a vibrant and engaging degree with students from around the world working across narrative fiction, moving image, documentary, experimental film, and hybrid projects. I have been involved in teaching and pedagogy within higher education for over 15 years. Prior to my role as Course Leader at AUB, I was a regular visiting lecturer at Glasgow School of Art and taught on both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in contemporary art practice, design and contemporary cinema at Edinburgh College of Art.
Focusing on marginalised or liminal places and events my work is concerned with how contemporary art practice, specifically moving image works, can employ conceptual and physical processes of ‘undoing’ to engage with overlooked and undertheorised sites, events, images, and individuals.
